Infants:

Our goal is to partner with parents to care for their baby’s everyday needs, whether it is for food, dry diapers, attention or hugs. We believe infant feeding times are times of nurturing and social interaction. We will never prop a bottle or put a baby to sleep with one. Babies nap and eat according to their individual schedules, therefore we tend to their individual needs. The classroom is filled with developmentally appropriate toys that the babies have access to throughout the day.

One Year Old Class:

Our goal is to provide a variety of developmentally appropriate hands-on activities for children to explore and manipulate. We will have activities to help develop language, gross and fine motor skills. Our interactions will foster positive self-concepts, socials skills and reasoning skills. As children are ready to sit and participate in circle times, these opportunities will be available. Activities throughout the day include free play, texture table, play dough, concept games, art, stories, Bible stories, music, outside play, quiet time, and nap time.

Two Year Old Class:

Our goal is to provide a variety of developmentally appropriate hands-on activities for children to explore and manipulate. The activities throughout the day will help develop language, gross and fine motor skills. Our daily interactions will foster positive self-concepts, socials skills and reasoning skills. As children are ready to sit and participate in circle times, these  opportunities will be available. Activities throughout the day include free play, texture table, play dough, concept games, art, stories, Bible stories, music, outside play, quiet time, and nap time.

3 Year old Class: Classroom and Childcare

The preschool classroom includes children enrolled part-time a few days a week, and those enrolled for preschool plus childcare. In both, age-appropriate activities are designed to help develop language, gross and fine motor skills. Additional activities include free play, Chapel, Bible lessons, stories, music, creative art, easel, texture table, learning centers, directed art, outdoor play, and nap/rest time. Throughout our time together, we seek to foster children's positive self-concepts, socials skills and reasoning skills, as well as help them develop increasing coordination for their growing bodies.

VPK - 4-5 Year Old Class: Classroom and Childcare

Children at this age are getting ready for and experiencing kindergarten, and our goal is to help them gain the social and emotional, cognitive skills, communication, mathematics, science, art and creativity and reasoning skills to make this a smooth transition. Activities will include free play, Chapel, Bible lessons, stories, concepts, plan of the day, music, pledges, learning centers, creative arts, calendar, math concepts, weather, directed art, outdoor play, quiet time, and prayer time.
